Personal Assistance

Assurance Family Services, Inc. Personal Assistance (PA) services provides help to individuals with disabilities of ages three and up. Personal assistance services include help with daily living, household tasks, and other personal needs. These services are non-medical. Provided and needed support shall be identified through the individual's IPP.

Health Monitoring

Remind individuals about medications, monitor for changes in condition, and report to family or medical staff.

Companionship

Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and facilitate meaningful activities. 

Workplace Support

Reading documents, retrieving items, helping with communication, and travel assistance. 

Personal Care

Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, toileting, and feeding.

Household Tasks

Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.

Social & Community Access

Accompanying to appointments, social events (cinema, hobbies, meeting friends), or educational activities.
