A home of one's own, choice and self-direction, community membership, relationships, and flexible and tailored services and support.

Community Membership

Volunteer work and civic engagement, such as, securing volunteer work of your preference, encouraging voter registration, and participating in your community activities.

A Home of One's Own

Moving into a home includes, assistance with finding housing, furnishing the home and moving.

Relationships

Assist on building relationships with family, friends, partners, community members and housemates. To include building a circle of support, conflict resolution and understanding healthy boundaries.

Choice and Self-Direction

Your choices include choosing a provider agency, hiring and firing staff, daily support and selecting your housemates.

Flexible/Tailored Services/Supprot

Tailoring services for life changes, from school age to adult, ever-changing needs and emergency adjustments. Assistance with choosing staff of similar interests, employment support and community resources.
